Job Description:

Record Center Specialists are required to kneel, squat, reach, and bend forward frequently throughout their shifts. Their primary tasks include moving, arranging, lifting, and loading storage boxes, bins, and totes, which range in weight from 24 lbs to over 100 lbs. Employees will manually move boxes and use hand carts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Walk, stand, kneel, squat, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
• Work independently to grip, lift, push, pull, and carry boxes, including on inclines, stairs, and uneven surfaces.
• Read and write in English.
• Lift and move boxes, read labels, and process incoming and outgoing orders.
• Use proprietary computer systems to track orders and locate boxes.
• Operate hand-held scanners.
• Climb and maintain balance on ladders.
• Lift and carry boxes weighing up to 100 lbs. without assistance for extended periods.
• Load, operate, and move hand carts, pallet jacks, and other material handling aids.
• Load and shrink-wrap pallets at ground level or on carts.
• Manually load boxes onto pallets and load pallets onto trucks using material handling aids.

Required Experience:

• Minimum 6 months of experience working in a warehouse.
