Lake Forest College (LFC) invites applications and nominations for the position of Vice President of Finance (VPF), who will provide strategic leadership and oversight for functions including finance, budget, business operations, investments, treasury, real estate, safety and risk management, facilities, human resources, and Title IX. Reporting to the President, the VPF will collaborate closely with the Colleges senior leadership team.

Founded in 1857 and located about 30 miles from Chicago, LFC is a selective, highly ranked private liberal arts college with approximately 1,850 students. Its location offers students opportunities for internships, class trips, and residential programs in the Chicago Loop.

This role is ideal for an accomplished higher education professional eager to lead a vital area at a top liberal arts college. Recent campus improvements include over $100 million in infrastructure upgrades, a new science center, expanded academic facilities, residential enhancements, and new athletic facilities. The College is launching a significant fundraising campaign focused on growing its endowment.
