Warehouse Manager Job Summary

QTS is currently seeking an energetic, responsive, and well-organized full-time Warehouse Manager that will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling of the warehouse's overall operations. Responsibilities include coordinating/directing warehouse activities related to shipping, inventory control, receiving, and general inspection through supervision of direct reports. The ideal candidate will seek out and implement process improvements, ensure compliance with current federal, state, and local regulations, and provide team leadership consistent with company vision and values. The Warehouse Manager will also ensure inventory control, receiving, shipping, and general receiving inspection are running in the most efficient manner, control inventory accuracy by managing cycle count schedule, maintain physical condition of warehouse, achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, manage multiple warehouse locations, and provide a safe and productive work environment by ensuring all safety standards are met.

Qualifications

The ideal Warehouse Manager will have a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 5 years work experience in a regulated (preferably medical) industry in the materials department, minimum of 5 years providing direct supervision to materials personnel, minimum of 5 years' forklift experience, clean driving record and able to complete a DOT required physical, certified forklift driver, experience with training others to drive forklift and preferably certified Train the Trainer, minimum of 5 years ERP experience, ability to use and train others on ERP System software, ability to manage a team and to work well as part of a team, ability to analyze information, including reports, experience with managing multiple warehouse locations, ability to recognize opportunities for improvements and implement, ability to successfully communicate in a diverse work environment, attention to detail and understanding of traceability, knowledge, training pertaining to FDA, GMP and ISO regulations, Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher), clear and effective verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail and good organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and able to prioritize and multitask.

Pay Range

USD $81,000.00 - USD $121,400.00 /Yr.
