Forklift Driver

We are seeking a skilled forklift driver to join our distribution center team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a forklift for approximately 90% of your workday, focusing on loading and unloading trucks within the facility.

Responsibilities
  • Operate forklift to load and unload trucks throughout the day.
  • Perform quality control checks on orders.
  • Receive products and store them in the warehouse.
  • Consolidate pallets for efficient storage.
Essential Skills
  • 1-2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
  • Experience printing shipping labels through UPS/FedEx or similar software.
  • 2-5 years of sit-down forklift experience, with proficiency in either electric or gas forklifts.

Located in North Chicago, this facility was established in March 2020 and features brand new equipment. Employees will not handle chemicals directly but will transport sealed drums, ensuring a safe work environment.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
