Financial Services Officer I, II, or III (Branch Sales) - On Site / Full Time

Production Outcomes For Financial Services Officer (Branch Sales)
- Open 195 or greater new accounts by 12/31/2025.
- Fund $4,833,333.33 or greater by 12/31/2025.
- Submit 36 or greater referrals to the Financial advisor and/or Mortgage Department by 12/31/2025.
- Complete work with less than twelve audit findings reported to the Supervisory Committee by 12/31/25.
- Receive 52 or greater positive online reviewed by 12/31/2025.
- Member Experience: Consistently deliver an exceptional member experience by actively engaging with members, understanding their needs, and providing personalized, effective solutions. Strive to build strong, lasting relationships, ensure member satisfaction, and contribute to member loyalty through clear communication, responsiveness, and proactive service.
- Loan Growth: Actively contribute to loan growth by identifying member needs, educating them on available loan products, and providing tailored solutions. Focus on building strong relationships, promoting financial wellness, and guiding members through the loan process with clarity and confidence to drive lending success.
- Member Growth/New Account Opening: Drive member growth by building strong relationships, identifying opportunities to expand membership, and delivering exceptional service. Focus on educating potential and existing members about the benefits of our products and services, fostering loyalty, and enhancing overall member engagement.
- Product Penetration: Accurately identify members needs and proactively refer them to the Financial Advisor and Mortgage Department when appropriate. Strive to provide clear and helpful information, ensuring members receive expert guidance tailored to their specific situation, while enhancing overall satisfaction.
- Quality work/minimal errors: Consistently produce high-quality work with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail, minimizing errors through careful planning and thorough review. Strive to maintain a high standard of performance by adhering to processes, continuously improving skills, and ensuring tasks are completed with precision and efficiency.
- Mission for Branch Sales: Assist Grande Branch in growing the credit union to 3,810 members, $54,718,781 in loans and $$69,331,256 in deposits by December 31, 2025 date while achieving net income.
Financial Services Officer I, II, or III Compensation & Benefits
Pay: $18 - $22 per hour DOE (*See Experience below), plus monthly incentives; Paid Bi-weekly
Monthly Incentive: Varies on production results, and incentives are not capped.
Financial Services Officer I, II, or III Classification: Non-Exempt

Scheduled Hours: Full-Time availability from 8 AM to 6:00 PM Monday - Friday, rotating Saturday schedule 9 AM 2 PM; Weekly required trainings report by 7:30 AM and 1st Tuesday Monthly required training report by 7:45 AM.
Full-Time Financial Services Officer I, II, or III Summary of Qualifications
Education: High school graduate or GED or a Four (4) year completed college degree in business or finance related major is accepted as experience for an FSO II's experience requirement.
Experience Note: No need to apply if minimum experience requirements are not met.
FSO I* Six (6) months to two (2) years of product and services sales experience similar to retail sales or related banking/credit union industry such as loan processor, credit union/bank teller or credit union/bank CSR..
FSO II* Two (2) to ten (10) years of consumer lending and financing or related banking/credit union industry such as loan processor or credit union/bank CSR.
FSO III* Ten (10) or more years of consumer lending and financing or related banking/credit union industry such as loan processor or credit union/bank CSR.
Other Required Qualifications
- Good typing skills (at least 30 wpm)
- Good Data Entry (at least 6,500 kph for data field entries)
- Excellent communications in verbal and written
- Professional appearance and a genuine and self-starter attitude
- Passion for providing outstanding service to our members
- The ability to collaborate with team members
- Able to plan and prioritize workload, strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality of work
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
