Senior Global Sourcing Manager
Our client, a recognized leader in commercial foodservice solutions, is seeking a Senior Global Sourcing Manager to bring expertise to their growing supply chain team. This high-impact role manages a multimillion-dollar annual spend and leads a team of sourcing professionals. It offers the opportunity to shape supplier strategy, engage in new product development sourcing, and lead strategic partnerships across multicultural supplier environments. Travel: 3540% (including international trips)

Job Requirements
What Were Looking For:
- 5-7 years proven experience in global sourcing with finished electromechanical product components.
- Ability to build long-term supplier relationships, even when not the largest customer.
- Strong business analytics and data-driven decision-making skills; experience with supplier dashboards preferred.
- Oracle ERP knowledge highly desired.
- Growth mindset ability to teach, mentor, and innovate within a fast-growing environment.
