About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance and Administration to provide strategic and operational leadership in the areas of finance, human resources, billing, IT, and administrative services. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders and clinical teams to ensure that financial strategies align with the organization's mission and growth. Key responsibilities include financial planning and analysis, budget development, oversight of billing and revenue cycle management, compliance, and risk assessment. The VPFA will also lead a diverse team, foster cross-functional collaboration, and serve as a liaison to the Board's Finance Committee.
Applicants for the VPFA role at the company should have a proven track record in nonprofit financial leadership, with a focus on strategic planning, forecasting, and managing complex budgets. The ideal candidate will have strong financial analysis skills, experience in overseeing audits and compliance, and a deep understanding of government contracts and regulations. A values-driven leader with high emotional intelligence, the candidate should be adept at leading diverse teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. While not required, a CPA designation or advanced degree in a related field is preferred, as is experience in behavioral health systems or similar service delivery models. The role demands a leader who can balance strategic vision with day-to-day execution, and who is committed to the values of equity and inclusion.
