Financial Reporting Lead

Lead the preparation of SEC, regulatory, and compliance reports including forms 10-K/Q, earnings releases, and bank compliance certificates. Assist with other required filings including Form 8-K, Form 144, Schedule 13G/D, Proxy Statements, and other filings, as applicable. Create and maintain reporting checklists and calendars and work cross-functionally with other stakeholders to ensure the timeliness of reporting activities. Prepare supporting schedules and document control procedures over the financial reporting process. Facilitate communications and requests from internal and external auditors. Create and maintain files within Workiva that optimize efficient and effective preparation and review. Prepare filings and exhibits within Workiva and coordinate with external XBRL specialists. Develop and maintain channel financial statements and other views as identified by management. Create and maintain analyses and dashboards to support the monthly financial close and internal reporting cycle, including proactively identifying and delivering key insights to financial performance.
