The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager Waterparks, FECs & Hourly leads the national hourly hiring strategy across all brands, overseeing recruitment for waterparks, family entertainment centers, and other high-volume hourly positions. This role manages and develops a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, driving innovative sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and ensuring the attraction of top-tier candidates who align with business needs. Partners with the Director of Talent Acquisition to monitor industry trends, implement recruiting best practices, and enhance employer branding efforts to secure the best talent for both seasonal and year-round operations.
Primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Oversees the national hourly hiring strategy for all brands, ensuring recruitment processes align with business goals.
- Leads all recruitment efforts for waterparks, family entertainment centers, and other high-volume hourly operations.
- Manages and mentors a team of Talent Acquisition Managers, Partners, and Coordinators, setting clear performance expectations and KPIs.
- Develops and executes seasonal and year-round recruiting plans to meet fluctuating hiring needs.
- Builds and maintains strong talent pipelines for hourly, seasonal, and specialized operational roles.
- Partners with marketing and operations leadership to drive targeted recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
- Identifies and implements technology, tools, and processes to improve recruiting efficiency and candidate quality.
- Evaluates and ensures compliance with recruiting policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Analyzes recruitment metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, and adjusts strategies accordingly.
- Represents the company at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to promote brand awareness and talent attraction.
- Builds partnerships with trade schools, universities, community organizations, and workforce agencies to expand candidate pipelines.
- Collaborates with field leadership to forecast hiring needs and ensure proactive recruitment support.
- Drives continuous improvement in candidate experience while meeting KPIs.
- Ability to travel up to 30% during peak hiring seasons.

Qualifications:
- Proven ability to design and lead large-scale, high-volume recruitment strategies for hourly and seasonal roles.
- Experience managing recruitment for multi-unit hospitality, entertainment, or waterpark operations preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing recruitment teams.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, including passive candidate outreach, community partnerships, and social media recruiting.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (iCIMS preferred) and recruitment marketing tools.
- Excellent relationship management skills with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to use metrics to drive decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years' total experience in recruitment, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
The pay range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 per year.
