Our client is a national intermodal trucking company with an outstanding reputation in the West. They are hiring a Terminal Manager with domestic drayage experience and familiarity with Salt Lake City geography. The SLC location will run owner operators, and our client has current customers in the area!

• Manage staff, including scheduling, hiring, and on-boarding a working manager.
• Full responsibility for Salt Lake City territory.
• Ensure compliance with all FMCSA and DOT regulations, with strong expertise in HOS.
• Participate in the interview and hiring process for all applicable staff.
• Responsible for the on boarding of new owner operator drivers.
• Oversee training programs for owner operators, office staff and other employees.
  

• Minimum 5 years experience with intermodal and IMCs.
• Class A driver dispatching experience in a terminal.
• Track record of success in owner-operator environment.
• Domestic drayage experience required and international could be helpful.
• Computer proficient.
• Punctual, dependable, and great communicator.
• Strong eye for detail.
• Driver following and customer relationships are always a plus!
