Easton is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead our purchasing team, manage supplier relationships, and develop strategic sourcing initiatives for our world-class archery and sporting goods products. This role is critical to ensuring cost efficiency, supplier performance, and supply chain excellence.
What You'll Do

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for new and existing products.
• Analyze spend data, market trends, and industry dynamics to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define sourcing requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Prepare business cases, cost models, and supplier selection recommendations.
• Oversee supplier selection, negotiations, and contract execution in coordination with legal.
• Develop and manage supplier scorecards and performance reporting.
• Implement and monitor purchasing systems, processes, and team performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in sourcing and supply chain operations.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to the sourcing team.
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
• 2-5 years of sourcing/purchasing experience, including supplier management and negotiations.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solver mindset with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis
• Supervisory experience preferred; manufacturing or sporting goods background a plus.
