Responsible for managing the flow of all finished product in to and out of the plant to include: Production and inbound shipments receipts, customer shipments, interplant shipments, inter-warehouse shipments and special shipments. Supervises hourly employees in support of storage, production supply, inventory and shipping functions as well as the outlying functions of quality inspections, equipment upkeep, maintenance and sanitation.

Manage personnel for safe and efficient finished product warehousing, production supply, outside storage, special packaging, and all inbound and outbound shipments.
Ensures inventory controls are in place to ensure inventory accuracy.
Provide safe, sanitary (Housekeeping Program) and secure plant.
Services finished product away from all production operations.
Maintain dock and storage facilities in an orderly organized manner.
Ensure proper loading and unloading of trailers.
Working with other departments for continuous improvements.
Controls assigned shipping location for each customer, intra and interplant shipment.
Ensures adherence to safety and GMP policies and standards.
Performs other work-related duties as assigned.

Ability to work with inter-departmental teams.
Ability to write and verbally communicate in a professional manner.
Experiences that will support your success
3-5 years of relevant experience.
Basic experience in Microsoft Office and SAP.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field preferred

Compensation
$80,325 to $112,455 annually
