Base pay range

$64,000.00/yr - $68,000.00/yr

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Director to lead and administer the Human Resources function at our facility, ensuring the seamless delivery of outstanding employee relations, compliance, and financial profitability .

Human Resources Director Requirements:

• Associates degree in Human Resources Management or related field (Bachelors degree preferred)
• 2-3 years of general HR experience (Long-term care or healthcare industry experience required)
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
• Experience working with union agreements
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Energetic and professional with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
  

As a Human Resources Director, you will:

• Welcome new hires and lead orientation programs
• Facilitate effective employee relations within the facility
• Manage and maintain confidential employee files
• Administer and interpret Human Resources policies and procedures
• Track employee leave of absence and ensure compliance
• Assist in the administration of employee benefits
• Create and coordinate employee recognition programs and events
• Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and compliance records
• Monitor and respond to unemployment claims and workers compensation cases
• Manage new hires, terminations, promotions, payroll edits, and salary increases
