About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP of Commercial Finance to lead the financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting for all commercial functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the finance function, including financial reporting, internal controls, and compliance. This role involves serving as the primary finance business partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, Head of Sales, and Head of Marketing, providing strategic financial leadership, and developing KPIs and reporting dashboards to monitor commercial performance. The VP will also be involved in in-depth profitability analysis, evaluating promotional effectiveness, and developing pricing strategies.
Applicants for the VP of Commercial Finance position at the company should have a BA/BS in business, accounting, or finance, with a Masters degree preferred. A minimum of 8 years' experience in commercial finance, particularly within the consumer goods or a similar industry, is required. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of FP&A software, specifically Adaptive Planning, and be proficient in data visualization tools, particularly PowerBI. The role demands a professional with a strong background in financial analysis, the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships, and a proven track record in driving process improvement and thought leadership in the commercial finance domain.
