Job Requirements
Production: Insure line is ready for production: inspect machinery, load stain/paint. Run sample to ensure stain/paint/sealer/topcoat is correct. Load and run material including any extra items (exterior frames, stair parts) ensuring that production specs are met. Inspect for flaws or defects. Create list of items that are finished and returning to HMI. Clean out pumps/machines/etc. to prepare for next color. Keep up proper maintenance of machines/filters/pumps/etc. as needed to ensure quality and production is continuously successful.
Miscellaneous: Clean out pumps/machines/etc. to prepare for next color. Clean up of shop sweeping, garbage, etc. as needed.
