About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Administrative and Fiscal Affairs/CFO to oversee its operating budget and serve as the primary liaison for fiscal, administrative, and operational matters with various external bodies. The successful candidate will work closely with administrators to provide strategic leadership in finance and administrative operations, ensuring the College's financial health and compliance. This role involves leadership in financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and long-term business planning, as well as supervision of facilities and grounds maintenance. The Vice President will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with lending institutions, overseeing the internal audit function, and managing the College's financial and related technology systems.
Applicants must have an advanced degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 10 years' experience in fiscal affairs, administration, and facilities management, with a preference for those with a CPA certification. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader in higher education finance, an innovative change agent, and a proven team player with strong management and communication skills. A customer service orientation, superior written and oral communication skills, and a collaborative management style are essential.
