Bring your manufacturing leadership to a growing facility that machines, welds, paints, and assembles heavy electro-mechanical equipment . Following a recent automation upgrade, the site is ready for a Plant Manager who can take safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture to the next level.

What youll do
- Champion safety first , then quality, delivery, and cost in a metal-fab, machining, paint, and final-assembly environment.
- Coach a skilled team of production, maintenance, CI, and supply-chain leaders; set clear KPIs and hold the gains.
- Deploy Lean / Six Sigma tools to eliminate waste, shrink lead times, and boost capacity.
- Partner with Engineering and Supply Chain to launch new products and supplier initiatives without disruption.
- Represent the plant to executive leadershipdata in hand, future roadmap in mind.
What you bring
- 10+ years of progressive operations leadership in heavy/industrial equipment or complex assembly manufacturing.
- Demonstrated success introducing automation, Lean systems, and CI culture.
- Sharp financial acumenyoure as comfortable reading a P&L as you are walking the Gemba.
