About The Position
**Job Title:** Rad Tech **Job Specialty:** Radiology **Job Duration:** 13 weeks **Shift:** Night - 3x12 - 8 PM to 8 AM, 36 Hours a week, rotating weekends **Guaranteed Hours:** **Experience:** Minimum 2 years **License:** Kansas State Board of Healing Arts License **Certifications:** Radiologic Technologist (LRT)/Registered ARRT **Must-Have:** - X-ray experience with portable exams **Job Description:** - Work in a diagnostic radiology department focused on x-ray only. - Serve various units including trauma, OR, ER, Adult and Pediatric ICU, NICU, COVID patients, and out-patient studies. - Perform routine diagnostic imaging such as portable x-ray exams, fluoro, and surgery-related imaging. - Operate GE Digital portables, AMX CR portables, GE Digital fluoro, Philips fluoro, and GE C-ARMS. - Utilize Meditech EMR and Synapse/PACS systems. - Collaborate with a team of radiologic technologists across different shifts. - Prioritize fast-paced work environments and the ability to stay busy. - Adhere to the dress code of black scrubs or provided OR scrubs. Preferred candidates will have experience in level 1 trauma centers and with OR/Surgery/C-arms.
