The Role
You will manage a caseload of childcare and public law children matters, including:
- Care proceedings and child protection cases
- Representation of parents, guardians, and children
- Liaising with local authorities and external agencies
- Advising on special guardianship, adoption, and related matters
- Advocacy in the Family Court and supporting senior colleagues in complex cases

About You
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in childcare or public law children matters (PQE level flexible as a guide)
