We work with entertainment, tech, and service-based businesses to develop social-first video strategies that actually convert... whether thats a 15-second hook-driven story/clip, an edutainment YouTube video, a skit, or an impactful short.

The RoleWere looking for a versatile and dependable Videographer to shoot content ranging from interviews 15-second hook-driven stories/clips, edutainment YouTube videos, skits, or impactful shorts and UGC-style ads. Youll work closely with our creative team and clients to bring ideas to life with a camera in hand and a creative eye behind the lens.
This role is ideal for someone whos comfortable wearing multiple hats, has a passion for visual storytelling, and thrives in fast-paced shoot environments.
What Youll Do- Film on-location and studio shoots across L.A.county
- Shoot talking-head content, b-roll, interviews, and more
- Set up lighting, audio, and camera gear for a variety of shoot types
- Collaborate with creative directors and talent to get the right shot
- Help with equipment management, shot planning, and set transitions
- organize and upload footage
- Own your own camera gear (ideally mirrorless or cinema cam + lenses; not required)
- Have 2+ years of professional videography experience
- Have 1+ years of creative production experience
- Understand composition, lighting, and sound for video
- Have worked on set and can move quickly without sacrificing quality
- Communicate well and thrive in a team setting
- Youve shot content for TikTok, IG, & YouTube before and get the nuances
- Gimbal experience
- On-set sound and lighting knowledge
- Editing skills in Premiere Pro
- Experience working with agencies or content creators
- A reel or samples that show your ability to shoot for both speed and style
- Starting at $200/shoot (Most shoots 3-6 hrs)
