COME JOIN OUR TEAM!RELIABILITY TECHNICIANOPELIKA, ALABAMAOur Reliability Technician position is a key player in a company-wide continuous improvement effort through daily use of troubleshooting, and predictive and preventative maintenance strategies. As a member of this high performing team, you will be responsible for working safely with all machinery within the mill.What you will do:Operate grease gun, fill oil bowls, properly identify grease and oil types for each bearing, gearbox, coupling, or oilerComplete daily oil consumption log, fill bulk tanks and equipment hydraulic tanksCommunicate to supervision and mechanics with equipment issues; monitor problem areas and correct failures due to leaks or lubricationIdentify poor machine health while completing preventative maintenance work orders to create work requests for future repairMust be able to learn equipment lubrication internals and routesUnderstand ISO codes and filtrationComplete FLHRA card on high-risk activitiesMust be able to work unsupervised and work during downtime and non-production hoursThis position will include required training to advance through the Reliability Program's Technician levels. Training will be provided by the company, granting several certifications as training progresses.
