The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation : Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content, including sermon highlights, promotional videos, and testimonies.
- Production Oversight : Operate and maintain professional video equipment (cameras, lighting, microphones) for both on-location and studio shoots.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the Creative Team to ideate and execute concepts that align with our church's mission and enhance our worship experience.
- Post-Production : Edit videos using Adobe Premiere or similar software, incorporating motion graphics and audio to deliver polished content.
- Trend Awareness : Stay current with videography trends and tools to keep our content fresh and impactful.
- Equipment Management : Care for and organize provided video equipment, ensuring it's ready for use.
We're seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and faith-driven individual who is excited to use their skills to serve the local church. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience : 3+ years of professional videography and editing experience, with a strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing storytelling through video.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects), camera operation, lighting, and audio recording. Motion graphics experience is a plus.
- Creativity : A keen eye for cinematography and the ability to craft visually compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Adaptability : Comfort working under tight deadlines, managing multiple projects, and adapting to frequent changes with professionalism.
- Team Player : Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit, thriving in a team environment while also able to work independently.
