Pay Rate: Starting at $23/hr with room to grow Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (Opportunity for permanent placement with full benefits) About the Role We are seeking a skilled Welder with experience in MIG, TIG, STICK, or Flux welding to join our growing team in Heath, OH. Responsibilities Perform welding using MIG, TIG, STICK, or Flux-core techniques Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Inspect welds for quality and adherence to specifications Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work as part of a team to meet production and quality goals Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Proven welding experience (MIG/TIG/STICK/Flux) Ability to read and understand technical drawings and measurements Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
