This individual will be responsible for managing all changeovers and set-ups adhering and maintaining allotted times. Pay, Schedule, Location Starting at $23/hour, paid weekly5 am - 3 pm, Monday - FridayLocation in Romeoville, ILDuties and Responsibilities Conducts themself in a safe and courteous manner in accordance with company policies and proceduresEfficiently communicates changeover and set-up issues in a timely mannerPerforms preventive maintenance routines on lines per HIPPO Tasks, tooling, and equipment related to the set-up processReview Batch order, Bag Spec to retrieve information for Set-UpManages all changeovers and set-ups adhering and maintaining allotted timesCollects and manages all SOC'sAdheres to KPIs set forth for changeoversRemove tooling and inspect for damageMaintain tooling and machines, if requires repair, generate HIPPO WORemove and install tooling and perform machine set-upVerify set up and set up samples for accuracy per customer specificationSupport Production Operators; achieve and maintain efficiency and quality of product and scrap yieldOther responsibilities and projects as assignedRequirements and QualificationsHigh School Diploma5+ years in a manufacturing environment, knowledge of food processing or packagingAbility to work safety and effectively with minimal supervisionKnowledge of electrical wiring, controls, plc, knowledge of mechanical systems including bearings, shafts, rollers, pneumaticsExperience with Allen Bradley Logix/Studio 5000 & Oracle WMS(Salary range based on experience)ABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNELDo you need your next job fast?
