Job Purpose
We are seeking a results-driven
Project Manager / Estimator
with a background in Civil Engineering and fieldwork. This individual will manage and oversee civil construction projects from bid preparation through project completion. They will be responsible for estimating costs, coordinating subcontractors, managing field operations, and ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and budgets. Key Responsibilities Project Management Oversee and coordinate all phases of construction projects, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (CPM) and perform updates as required Compile, review, and track all project submittals for client approval Coordinate and supervise subcontractor work on-site, ensuring safety and compliance with project specifications Estimating Search, analyze, and prepare bid packages Prepare bids by gathering and analyzing project proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents Identify labor, material, and time requirements; compute overall project costs Present estimates with clear numerical and descriptive information for internal and client review Maintain and update the internal cost database Resolve discrepancies and estimation issues through analysis and effective communication Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in civil engineering or related field required Proficient in

Expedition Strong knowledge of
IDOT ,
CDOT , and
