Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Guidewire Architect to lead the design and architecture of enterprise-grade insurance applications using the Guidewire Insurance Suite.
This role requires deep expertise across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter, and is ideal for professionals passionate about driving innovation and transformation in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end architecture for Guidewire implementations (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter). Design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions within Guidewire and integrated systems. Provide architectural leadership for large-scale projects, including greenfield implementations and cloud migrations. Define integration strategies with external systems such as ISO, payment gateways, and CRM platforms. Mentor and lead technical teams across onshore/offshore models. Collaborate with product owners, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders. Ensure compliance with architectural standards, best practices, and governance policies. Conduct code reviews and provide performance optimization guidance. Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in P&C insurance technology. 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Guidewire platform (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter). Deep knowledge of Guidewire configuration, integration, and rating. Strong experience with Guidewire Cloud, Edge APIs, and GOSU programming. Proven success as a Solution or Technical Architect in Guidewire implementations. Expertise in web services (REST/SOAP), data modeling, and microservices architecture. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications
Guidewire Certification (Architect or Developer). Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud platforms. Certifications
