Job Description
Maintenance Staff Contract, 6 months Onsite, NYC
Hourly: $23-25/hr
Must have: 3 years+ experience working in a comparable professional office environment Ability to work in office 5 days a week Be on time daily
We are seeking a Temporary Maintenance Staff member to support our Facilities department.
Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, and collecting trash and recycling.
Handle basic maintenance duties, such as replacing light bulbs.
Report maintenance issues to the Facilities and Maintenance Manager.
Ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety standards.
Assist with other facilities-related tasks as needed.
