Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Customer Support / Account Representative to provide high-quality service and support to internal clients throughout the account lifecycle. This role involves both inbound and outbound client interactions, ensuring timely resolution of issues while adhering to internal policies and procedures. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities Se rve as the first point of contact for internal clients via inbound and outbound phone calls. Provide support throughout the account opening process and throughout the account lifecycle. Deliver world-class customer service by building strong relationships and offering timely, effective solutions. Address and resolve client inquiries or issues promptly while adhering to company policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain performance in a dynamic and evolving business environment. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and service enhan cements.

Required Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in financial services or customer service. Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing accurate information. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, and work under pressure. Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (4-year) preferred. Interest in career growth within the financial services industry.
