Job Description

Answers telephone and directs calls appropriately. Obtains pertinent patient and insurance information for all new referrals and verifies insurance coverage for requested services. Processes and prepares orders for delivery. Coordinates and maintains infusion and enteral pump programs. Responsible for ensuring compliance with VNA, Kaleida, and insurance policies and guidelines.

Education And Credentials

HS - High School Diploma or GED required.

Experience

At least 6 months of experience in customer service required. 1 year of experience in Home health care, hospital or another health care setting preferred.

Salary Range:

$21.49 -$29.48 *Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
