Our client, residential mortgage company, is currently seeking an onsite HR Coordinator in Moorpark CA.
Location: Moorpark CA
Onsite/Remote: 100% Onsite
Contract Length: Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: $27 an hour
The
HR Operations Specialist
is responsible for all employee transaction handling, including onboarding new hires and all employee change data requests. As the
Specialist
, you will be responsible for processing employee information and maintaining employee records within the HRIS.
The
HR Operations Specialist
will :
Process all separations for the company in a timely manner Act as first line of communications for all job-related changes for all employees they are responsible for servicing Follow directions to ensure that SOX and federal and state law compliance related to system objectives Assist in creating and following company policy/procedures related to the HRIS and employee data Protect Data Privacy at all time and adhering to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of compliance policies Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values Qualifications:
1+ years of relevant work experience Strong HR systems aptitude and ability to learn and become an expert in the HR systems at, as well as the ability to train others in their use Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
