Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Assist with concrete footings, foundations, slabs, and walls
Handle materials, clean up job sites, tie rebar, and strip forms
Learn to build forms with hands-on training
Use hand and power tools to support construction tasks
What You’ll Need
At least 1 year of construction or outdoor labor experience
Your own basic hand tools
Willingness to work outside in all weather
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active
