Rehabilitation and recovery services are designed for individuals living in the community who live with serious mental illness. Our team helps individuals obtain housing, employment, mental health services, and more.
What to expect.
This is a direct care opportunity to exercise your independent judgement and
assess and enroll clients in the appropriate services
when they first enter into the rehabilitation and recovery program(s). Your efforts will be a part of
ensuring a successful transition
for each client.
Specific responsibilities include:
Educating clients and families/support systems
about available services. Providing
linkages to outside providers
as needed. Performing
administrative tasks
related to internal and external enrollment requirements Providing transportation for clients from state hospitals to the Rehabilitation and Recovery programs. What you’ll get from us.

A high school diploma or GED, bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum of 1 year positively referenced related work experience. Knowledge of best practices in the areas of psychiatric rehabilitation and crisis intervention. Knowledge and experience in the areas of assessment, treatment planning and interventions for persons with serious mental illness to include co-occurring disorders. Basic knowledge of social security benefits and medical assistance. A driver’s license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle.
