Do inbound and outbound calls and assist customers with questions, orders, and issues Handle emails and live chats with a helpful, can-do attitude Troubleshoot problems and find fast, friendly solutions Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the system Stay up to date on product knowledge, services, and system updates Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed Follow up on customer concerns to ensure satisfaction Meet daily performance goals for call volume, resolution time, and quality Collaborate with teammates to keep things running smoothly Represent the company with professionalism and positivity-every time Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required 2+ years of previous customer service or call center experience Clear communication skills-both spoken and written Patience, empathy, and a calm presence under pressure Tech-savvy: able to navigate computer systems, multitask, and type 45 WPM Reliable, punctual, and ready to show up for your team Great listening skills and a solution-first mindset Able to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment A positive attitude and a desire to help people-every single day
