Position Summary We are seeking a
Customer Service Lead
to oversee and support the daily operations of our Will Call area. This role requires a customer-focused leader with strong organizational skills who can manage workflow, coach team members, and ensure processes are followed to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee Will Call operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience Provide training, support, and development for the Will Call team Administer corrective actions and coaching when necessary to maintain performance standards Accurately manage time and attendance using Dayforce Ensure all orders and paperwork are completed accurately, invoiced daily, and properly filed Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked showroom Proactively drive and grow Will Call business through superior service and operational excellence Deliver exceptional customer service and model service excellence for the team Ensure all branch processes are executed in alignment with company policies and management direction Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service or retail leadership, preferably in a distribution or supply environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, service-driven environment Familiarity with inventory and order management systems is a plus Experience with Dayforce or similar workforce management tools is preferred Bilingual English/Spanish speaking Why SouthernCarlson?
