We're seeking an E-Commerce Customer Service Representative to support a luxury gift company known for its creativity and charm in North Minneapolis! If you have 1+ years of customer service experience and want to join this global company, we'd love to hear from you! Also, must be ok with dogs in the office!

Pay:
$20-$23/hr Schedule:
Training: First 4 weeks are 100% in-office in Minneapolis, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Shift options after training (in home flexibility will be discussed):
8am-5pm, Tuesday-Saturday 10am-7pm, Sunday-Thursday 1pm-10pm, Tuesday-Saturday
Holidays the office is closed:
Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Day. Parking
: parking pass will be provided Job Duties
:
Deliver exceptional customer support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Manage inquiries through Zendesk (email and chat), handling orders, product questions, complaints, and concerns with efficiency and care. Handle inbound phone calls, including order placement, payment processing, and website/product assistance. Track shipments and coordinate with carriers to resolve delivery issues. Process returns by issuing labels, checking in items, and completing refunds. Document customer interactions and resolutions across multiple systems. Collaborate with team members and management to address recurring issues, identify trends, and suggest process improvements. Provide general customer service support as needed. Requirements:

Must be ok with dogs as the owner bring s her dogs in weekly to the office Previous B2C (business to consumer) customer service experience Previous e-commerce customer service experience preferred Ability to work independently and in teams Ability to learn, retain, and relay product knowledge Solution-based problem-solving skills Professional, friendly, and empathetic communication skills, both written and verbal Benefits
