Description

Wheeler Machinery Co. is seeking to fill a safety-minded Warehouse Trainee Nightshift position from 12:30pm-9:30pm based out of their Salt Lake City, UT location. Keep safety first in all tasks while utilizing TRACK/Tyfoom. This position is responsible for performing an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse along with other various warehouse duties.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain excellent personal safety record.

Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling and consolidating materials; packing boxes; placing orders in staging areas.

Complete shipments by processing and loading orders.

Maintain inventory controls by processing new, old, and current inventory.

Restock shelves with stock or returned parts.

Maintain quality service by following company standards.

Operate equipment (i.e. Forklifts, electric trucks, scooters).

Keep work area clean and organized.

Keeping accurate inventory through daily inventory counts.
