"Data Analyst " to join one of our Leading Healthcare Client.
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work across teams to support data-driven decision-making. This role requires proficiency in PowerBI and ETL, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for uncovering insights.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, leveraging DAX and Power Query for advanced data modeling Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and quality checks Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner Document data processes and maintain analytical workflows Support ad hoc analysis and reporting requests Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and transformation Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in a data analyst role Strong proficiency in PowerBI and ETL (including DAX, Power Query, and report publishing) Experience with Excel and statistical analysis tools Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Data Engineering, System Analysis, or Web Development Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts Exposure to Microsoft Azure cloud platform Knowledge of business intelligence best practices
