Onsite - Highland Heights, OH, 44143 Pay:
$27/ hour Hours:
Monday - Thursday, 9:00 am-3:30 pm Length:
Contract, with potential for hire based on performance and business needs
Staffing Solutions Enterprises is seeking a
Human Resource Administrator
in Highland Heights, OH! In this role, you will report directly to the
CFO
and provide critical support to both
Finance and HR , working closely with their HR Consultant. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to work independently, and has hands-on experience with
Paylocity, payroll, and benefits administration .
Must-Haves:
2 years' experience
supporting HR and payroll functions Paylocity experience required Experience in
benefits administration Microsoft Office , with
intermediate Excel skills
Responsibilities:
Data Tracking & Analysis
Maintain daily sales spreadsheet Track FMLA and PTO (currently outside of Paylocity)
Payroll & Benefits Reconciliation
Confirm correct benefit deductions in payroll Reconcile benefit invoices against payroll terms and employee changes
Process & Procedures Support
Manage onboarding follow-up (manual benefits process) Process FMLA and STD requests (paper applications) Review HR processes and recommend best practices Digitize employee documents (scanning and uploading) Create packets/processes for functions not in Paylocity
HR & Employee Support
Assist with employee census and benefits Open Enrollment prep Enter PTO balances into Paylocity for 2026 tracking Ensure all employees have Paylocity access Serve as a point of contact for employee payroll, benefits, and PTO needs
Qualifications:
Minimum
2 years' experience
supporting HR and payroll functions Paylocity experience required Experience in
benefits administration Proficiency in
Microsoft Office , with
intermediate Excel skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
