This CNO Focused Sr. Software Engineer will be supporting analysts and operators in multiple product groups by designing, developing, and integrating tools to automate data collection, analysis, and presentation. Having a deep understanding of the customer's mission, dataflow, and tooling is critical to this positi on. You will be expected to provide guidance and vision as you work with mission stakeholders and software engineers to specify, develop, integrate, and test new workflows aided by AI/ML technologies .
Responsibilities:
Lead a project from inception to delivery in the CNO domain, including; problem decomposition, design, development, deployment, and maintenance of full-stack data analysis applications. Interact with mission stakeholders to elicit requirements and devise solutions. Navigate customer data types to identify and extract relevant information. Collaborate with other software engineers to test workflows, identify issues, and recommend pathways for fixes. Overcome inevitable obstacles. Required Skills:
Production-grade software development experience in Python. Experience within CNO domain developing tools to meet analyst and operator pain points. Experience leveraging HTTP-based APIs to access data through queries. Practical experience with platforms for processing Agency data sets. Experience with software source control (git) and Atlassian tool suite - Jira, Confluence. Experience presenting data analysis results to customers. Experience interacting with stakeholders to elicit requirements.
Desired Skills:
Experience working as a lead for a development team. Practical experience in one or more artificial intelligence domains (e.g., intelligent systems, autonomy, planning, LLMs). Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems. Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations. Familiarity with cloud computing technologies (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with web application/UI development.
Education/Experience: 12 yrs., B.S. in a technical discipline or 4 additional yrs. in place of B.S.
Clearance: TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Total Compensation Package
