Quality Technician

We're seeking a
detail-oriented Quality Technician
to join our team! In this role, you'll perform standardized quality control checks on products to ensure they meet
safety, legal, and company standards.
You'll also support process improvements, help reduce machine downtime, and work closely with production teams to maintain the highest quality levels.
What You'll Do Inspect products using
Hexagon Optiv M 4.3.3 Dual Scan +
and manual inspection tools Troubleshoot part defects and machine issues with operators and supervisors Train employees on defect recognition and prevention Support root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and corrective actions Report quality anomalies to the Quality Manager Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment Prepare and analyze quality data, presenting findings to production management Lead improvement projects and training sessions when needed What We're Looking For •
HS Diploma or GED
(technical certification a plus) •
3+ years' experience
in machine operations and/or quality inspection (Automotive, Aerospace, or Medical preferred) • Strong knowledge of
GD&T, blueprint reading, and data analysis • Experience with
CMM software (PC-DMIS, Calypso, PolyWorks, Metrology X4) • Proficiency with
CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA) • Skilled with inspection equipment: CMMs, calipers, micrometers, height gauges • Effective communicator and problem-solver with strong analytical skills
Physical Requirements
Regular standing, walking, bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching Lift/carry up to
40 lbs.
