Project/Program: Workers' Compensation Policyholder Systems
System Maintenance, Integration, enhancement efforts related to daily production support of Workers' Compensation Policy systems; New Statutory projects, Application re-engineering efforts for a suite of policy administration systems including underwriting, premium audit, risk control, and billing systems.
Day-to-Day Tasks:
The duties of the consulting resources would be to plan, streamline, create, modify, test and implement code in support of any of the following: - Assist with new development of upcoming statutory projects. - Assist with system re-engineering efforts related to the new suite of Policy Administration systems. - Develop Oracle stored procedures, packages, views, and triggers necessary to maintain underwriting, premium audit, risk control, and billing processes. - Assist with the timely resolution of production issues. - Assist with system re-engineering and maintenance efforts related to Policy Center written in Javascript, JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, MVC, and .Net Core - Assist with security scanning and remeditate vulnerabilities. - Assist with development of web application that meet WCAG guidelines. - Develop various policy related API and microwebservices. - Efforts related to integrate policy data to data warehouse/business intelligence system.
Mandatory Qualification: Software Developer - Is involved with all facets of the software development process, including the research, design, programming, testing and implementation of computer software.
Expert - 84+ months: Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.
Requested Qualifications: - 84 months experience in Oracle development, PL/SQL development including Triggers, Packages, Procedures, functions, views, SQL Tuning, and generating a data file from Oracle. - 84 months experience with Microsoft C#.Net and Object-Oriented Programming, developing web-based systems using Microsoft ASP.NET and MVC. - 84 months experience in static scanning, Third party component Scan and vulnerability remediation. - 60 months experience with JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, JSON, and HTML, XML, REST API. - 84 months experience developing web application conforming to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines - 60 months experience in using Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.
