Wind Service Technician
at Beebe Wind Farm in Ithaca, MI.
As a
Wind Service Technician , you will support the safe and efficient operation of wind turbines by performing basic maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs. Working closely with experiences techs and site leads, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills while helping power 100% renewable energy.

Job Responsibilities: • Repair and maintain wind turbine generators and related equipment at the wind farm • Perform preventative maintenance activities safely and efficiently on wind turbines and associated equipment • Assist in Root Cause Analyses to determine equipment failures • Complete and maintain accurate documentation for corrective and preventative maintenance
Job Requirements: • HS diploma/GED required • Wind, technical, or engineering field certification/degree preferred • At least 1 year of wind experience • Valid driver's license and U.S. Passport (or willing to obtain a passport) • Willingness to travel for training and site needs • Ability to work in various weather conditions and outside normal business hours as needed • Meet the weight requirement 120kg (265lbs.) or less to safely utilize climbing equipment and climbing gear • Pass a pre-employment physical to ensure the ability to perform job functions safely
