12-Hour Days (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) Guaranteed Hours:
48 hours per week Estimated Weekly Pay:
$1,630 - $1,750 Weekend/Holiday Rotation:
Every other weekend/holiday required Float Requirements:
Float to all in-patient areas; may assist as an aide if needed Scrub Color:
Black Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active KY or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) License Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience Level I or Level II Trauma Center experience required Associate Degree or Certificate in Nursing Certifications: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, NIHSS (must be attached upon submittal) Proficient in reading and interpreting telemetry strips EKG test required during compliance process Experience with Care View/EPIC charting preferred (on-site training available) COVID-19 vaccine required (medical/religious declination accepted with weekly testing at traveler/agency expense) Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a healthcare team Adaptable, social, and open to change 75-mile radius rule applies Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in Med/Surg Telemetry units Float to various in-patient areas as needed Accurately read and interpret telemetry strips Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate documentation using Care View/EPIC systems Participate in scheduled weekend and holiday rotations Demonstrate flexibility and assist other units as an aide when required
