for an onsite role in
Phoenix, AZ.
Max Payrate: $18.50/hr on W2
Onsite Job: Painter I Work Location: Phoenix, AZ Duration: 06+ Months Contact Shift: 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM Work Schedule: 4/40 HS Diploma/GED
Position Description:
Assists painters with a variety of tasks, including masking, touch up primer/paints, stencils, paperwork and cleanup as required. The work is performed in a moderate to fast paced environment, is repetitive in nature, is detailed, requires critical adherence to established quality levels while completing within timeframe and workspace allowed for the assigned task. Performs self-inspection/evaluation of work to ensure required/expected results are achieved per work instructions or guidance. Moves or assists in moving applicable materials, parts, tools, equipment, and others. Accurately records data within production logs and completes related paperwork. Skills Required:
HS Diploma/GED Minimum one year of painting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent education and experience Ability to use both hands for manipulating, handling and applying various materials used in painting functions Ability to handle tools used in the painting process Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Ability to understand the work processes consistent with a manufacturing painting workshop Ability to read and understand work documents and to communicate information clearly to coworkers and supervisor, and to accurately provide the information requested on specific forms, reports, and logs Skills Preferred:
Minimum one year of painting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent education and experience Ability to use both hands for manipulating, handling and applying various materials used in painting functions Ability to handle tools used in the painting process Ability to understand the work processes consistent with a manufacturing painting workshop Fundamental knowledge in reading, interpreting, and working from blueprints Ability to read and understand work documents and to communicate information clearly to coworkers and supervisor, and to accurately provide the information requested on specific forms, reports, and logs Experience Required:
