This is a full-time opportunity for a skilled professional who is passionate about patient care, diagnostic imaging, and advancing their career in a collaborative healthcare environment.As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will play a vital role in performing advanced imaging studies, preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals, and ensuring patient safety while delivering high-quality diagnostic results.Schedule:Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (40 hours per week)Key Responsibilities Operate nuclear medicine cameras and related imaging equipment to create accurate diagnostic images. Position patients correctly and select appropriate anatomic and technical factors for optimal imaging results. Prepare, order, administer, and safely dispose of radiopharmaceuticals in accordance with established protocols. Adhere to all radiation safety procedures and guidelines to protect patients and staff. Ensure timely submission of high-quality images and complete documentation to PACS, including proper lead markers and patient history. Perform regular equipment checks, report malfunctions, and coordinate maintenance as needed. Assist with maintaining a clean, safe, and organized department environment.Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Nuclear Medicine Technician. Current certification and licensing as required by state and federal regulations. Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine procedures, radiation safety, and imaging equipment. Excellent communication skills with a patient-centered approach.
