The Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to completion, acting as an advocate for the client by understanding their goals and translating them into concrete tasks, deadlines, and milestones for Punch. The Account Manager will serve as the liaison between engineers, designers, marketers, project managers, and administrators at Punch and the client, representing our agency's interests. This role involves taking leadership in communication and project completion. The Account Manager will coordinate the project lifecycle, including scoping, scheduling, resource management, working with external vendors, and ensuring project feasibility. Responsibilities:

Manage multiple accounts and serve as the primary contact for many clients Keep clients informed about project progress and deadlines Gather necessary materials from clients to facilitate project advancement Attend and lead kick-off meetings with clients Participate in daily status meetings for assigned projects, maintaining up-to-date project statuses Define project milestones, set achievable deadlines, and establish final deliverables Create schedules and coordinate resources with designated project managers Monitor design and engineering teams to ensure deadlines are met Ensure that all work meets client requirements Qualifications

Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience working directly with clients in the information technology industry Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field Proven experience managing multiple accounts Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Comfortable presenting and pitching work to clients Additional Information
