A Fortune 500 manufacturing and aerospace company is seeking a construction supervisor/superintendent to work under the direction of the client Project Manager on-site. Key Responsibilities: Communicate client safety rules and policies to subcontractors and other personnel, ensuring compliance. Document and report safety briefings and violations. Oversee and document the work of subcontractors at construction sites. Manage resources for labor, machinery, and materials efficiently. Report to the Project Manager on crew performance. Coordinate with subcontractors for work planning and record-keeping. Receive and discuss daily progress reports from subcontractor leaders. Provide daily and periodic reports to the Project Manager, including safety and progress updates. Act as an extension of the Project Manager, directing activities of various trades and professions. Ensure work completion according to schedule, coordinating deliveries and activities. Oversee overall construction operations, often managing multiple facets simultaneously. Have a general knowledge of commercial building construction (preferred). Must complete OSHA 10-hour Card for Construction and provide proof prior to hiring.
