Job Description
MUST HAVE: 3-5 years of experience in designing and implementing Continuous Delivery and/or DevOps solutions or architecture patterns. Hands-on technical experience with:
AWS (Amazon Web Services) Mesosphere middleware
3-5 years managing an IT Operations environment. 3-5 years of hands-on experience with code repository management, code merge and quality checks, continuous integration, and automated deployment & management using tools like Jenkins, SVN, Git, Chef, Ensible, Artifactory, ServiceNow, Sonar, Selenium. 5+ years of experience with approaches and tools for automated build, delivery, and software release. 5+ years managing teams, including progress monitoring and reporting. 5+ years working in an Agile delivery environment. 5+ years of experience with Linux, including writing shell scripts. 3+ years of automation scripting experience using languages such as Java, Perl, Ruby, or Python. NICE TO HAVE: 5 years of DevOps leadership and transformation experience. Familiarity with application or environment monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace). Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced, high-velocity agile environment. Experience with public/private cloud and virtualization technologies. Experience with digital middleware technology stacks (e.g., Mesosphere, Apigee, Cassandra, Kafka, Solr). Experience with microservices and mobile application development. Familiarity with implementing Identity Access Management (IAM) tools and Captive Portal. Knowledge of the latest digital technology innovations and transformations. Familiarity with architecture implementations using Jenkins, Puppet, etc. Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Content Management (Adobe Experience Manager). Project or program management experience (optional). Ability to collaborate with multiple teams, recommend industry best practices, and manage architecture governance. Experience defining and managing DevOps roadmaps within established operations. Experience working within structured environments using modern development tools. Technical architecture experience, including designing and delivering IT systems for diverse clients. Service support experience using DevOps, Continuous Delivery, and ITIL concepts. Deep knowledge of technology trends and standards from both business and technical perspectives. Certifications in AWS or Azure are highly preferred.
