Direct Client Required Skills: Experience organizing meetings, maintaining project plans, budgets, and status reports; providing feedback on standards and approaches to the work. Experience with Agile and other structured methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Waterfall, Iterative, RUP, PMI). Experience with project management tools, including MS Project, JIRA, Crucible, Fish-eye, and SharePoint. Ability to enlist support across functional teams within a matrix organization to achieve results. Working knowledge of project management standards and methodologies. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint. Experience applying analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Desired Skills: Proven track record of delivering projects on time. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously without compromising quality. Experience with software end-user change management strategy and execution. Strong skills in risk assessment and business impact analysis and reporting. Excellent problem definition and resolution skills.
