Family Law Attorney

Negotiate settlements and draft agreements for family law cases. Appear in court for hearings, trials, and other proceedings as required. Maintain and grow relationships with clients through effective communication and consistent results. Ensure compliance with all ethical and professional standards set by the state bar. Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing family law. Certified specialist in family law preferred but not required. Strong understanding of California family law statutes and legal procedures. Proven experience in court appearances, litigation, and settlement negotiations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage a high volume of cases with attention to detail and deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Education: J.D. (Juris Doctor) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Must have an active California Bar License. Skills: Family law expertise, particularly in areas like divorce, child custody, and property division. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Client-focused approach with excellent interpersonal abilities. Proficient in legal research, writing, and document preparation. Experience with case management software is beneficial.
